Regular monthly financial statements will be sent to you, as well as end of year reports. You can always access your information online through your Owners Portal.
Eviction Protection
In the unfortunate event that a resident needs to be evicted from your rental, we will cover the cost of a simple uncontested eviction (some restrictions apply) and ensure your investment is protected.

The Owner shall have the right to terminate this
Agreement only upon the following events:
Agreement only upon the following events: (i) because of the gross negligence, willful misconduct or fraud
of the Property Manager, (ii) the bankruptcy, insolvency or inability of the Property Manager to meet its
obligation as the same come due, (iii) as directed by a Lender pursuant to the terms of any applicable Loan
Documents, or (iv) on not less than sixty (60) days' written notice to the Property Manager prior to
December 31st after the first full calendar year from the Effective Date (the "Initial Term"). After the Initial
Term, this Agreement shall automatically renew for one-year periods unless Owner provides not less than
sixty (60) days' written notice to the Property Manager prior to December 31st of the calendar year then in
effect.
Results Guarantee
With our results guarantee you don’t pay us until we show results! If we are leasing your property for you, we do all the work up front and you don’t pay us until you get a qualified resident. That means we aggressively market and show your property, screen the residents, handle all of the paperwork and perform a move-in inspection...all before we get paid anything.
Leasing Guarantee
Our leasing guarantee states that if a resident does not fulfill at least 9 months of a lease term, we will find you a new resident for free.
30 Day Rental Guarantee
If we are unable to lease your home in 30 days or less we will give you ONE month of management free!
Pet Guarantee
For any pet that we approve, we guarantee our owners up to $1,000 in damage protection for any pet damage above and beyond what the security deposit covers.
